Once, when I was wearing my warm woolly socks I came down our spiral staircase and slipped. I caught myself with my hands firmly on the rails, but for one brief moment, with my heart pounding and my feet dangling in the air, time seemed to slow- if not stop. That feeling - of feet dangling over a slipped step - is what I'm shooting for in this series.
